About Joint International Academies of Research and Education (JIARE) Medical Society (JMS)
Joint International Academies of Research and Education (JIARE) is a not for profit Organisation registered in England and Wales, UK and membership organisation. The vision of JIARE Medical Society is better medical and healthcare for better lives and wellbeing. By sharing learning and supporting medical innovation our goal is to be the leading provider of continuing learning to healthcare professionals, leading to lifelong learning.
The JIARE Medical Society (JMS) consists of physicians and student members, dedicated to educating and advocating for the patients and physicians globally. The JMS’s main role is to help to educate healthcare professionals and students. We encourage discussions through various public events, including lectures and debates. The society also releases various medical journals, books and reports. The publications cover different aspects of healthcare and aim to enhance the knowledge of those in the healthcare field. JMS also delivers continuing medical education for healthcare professionals throughout the world, running various education programmes for physicians and health care professionals.
We deliver multidisciplinary/multi-professional, specialist and general education, as well as professional development, drawing on the support of leading experts in over 60 specialist areas of medicine and healthcare.
Our learning resources span a wide collection of books, journals, electronic journals and online medical databases. We support the innovative work of physical and digital medical libraries internationally.
We connect those involved in and interested in healthcare and, by leveraging expertise from across the JIARE and its collaborators, we support, help and inspire the innovators developing the medical products and services of tomorrow, including promoting advances in medicine and healthcare sectors.

Eligibility for Professional Membership of JIARE
To be eligible for professional membership, you must be a JIARE member and practicing as a doctor or working in healthcare profession with a registrable healthcare profession.
Non JIARE members are also eligible to join JIARE Medical Society provided that they are active in their various medical professions.
Eligibility for JIARE Medical Society Membership
To qualify for the undergraduate medical grade, you must be studying medicine, dentistry, or veterinary science at a JIARE approved educational institution or organisation in any part of the world.
If you are studying medicine and you are not a student member of JIARE or not studying in JIARE approved medical institution, you can also join in the student category as long as you provide a letter of confirmation from your medical school with information about the course you are studying and your projected date of qualification.
Undergraduate non-medical grade is applicable to you if you are studying full-time for your first undergraduate qualification that does not lead to qualification as a doctor, dentist or vet. You must be studying a healthcare-related subject and not earning any income.
The payment option plan is based on how many years of study you have left before you graduate; please ensure you will be studying for the full term of the plan.
Membership is FREE to members, student members and staff of JIARE.
