JIARE Membership Services

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To become a JIARE Member, candidates should:

Demonstrate that he/she has adequate knowledge of his/her profession. For example, healthcare professionals must show evidence that they have knowledge and sound understanding of health care issues, and possess qualification in a healthcare subject or discipline.

--- OR ---

Engage in health care profession, or their respective occupation as an employee for a minimum of 12 months, with good references.

Who can be a member?

Members of the JIARE are professionals in their chosen field like lawyers, teachers, researchers, doctors, nurses, students in health care professional studies, public health practitioners, physiotherapists, psychotherapists, pharmacists, medical educators, healthcare administrators, healthcare managers, medical informaticists, healthcare technicians, psychologists, sociologists, and medical organisations, national or international bodies committed to health care delivery and patient care, and all professions allied to medicine, and everyone who works in healthcare organisations, other professional bodies and associations.

Categories of Membership and Fees

The Academy has four categories of membership for which a fee is payable once a year starting from the anniversary of the date when your membership started:

Organisational/Institutional Membership	£145.00
Retired Membership	£40.00
Professional Membership	£70.00

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

The benefits of becoming a member of JIARE are many, and include the following:

Receipt of free copies of official journals of JIARE, other membership publications.
Reduced rates for the JIARE courses and conference
Reduced rates for the purchase of all books and publications of JIARE
Has the right to vote and take parts in the various activities of the Association, including voting at elections of officers, council or committees members
Participation in various activities of JIARE.
Access to members and their families to all JIARE Membership Services, which include, medical, legal, accommodation, health and social care, educational, travel and other services. Please contact our membership services for details at membership@jiare.org.uk .

Membership Pack will also be sent to you following successful processing of your membership application.
